As these products are healthcare labelled, we are unable to accept returns with the exception of damaged in transit products or incorrect item(s) dispatched in error.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you order is damaged in transit, please inform us within 3 days of receipt by using our CONTACT FORM

 

Please also take a photograph of the damage caused. A member of our team will review your claim and if upheld, we will replace any damaged item(s) or refund you for them.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive incorrect item(s) in error, please inform us within 3 days of receipt by using our CONTACT FORM

RETURN POSTAGE

We will pay the postage for any item(s) being returned to us. We will send you a pre-paid postage label.
