All product descriptions are photographs are designed to assist customers but sometimes there may be slight variations in the colours due to your web browser or monitor being used to view them. We always endeavour to provide accurate representations and update when possible.

 

SAFETY

Some of our products may contain small parts which are not suitable for children. Please dispose of all packaging in a safe and environmentally friendly way.

 

PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before your item(s) are dispatched. All product prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer or pro-forma invoice. All goods remain our property, until full payment has been received.

 

SECURE CARD PAYMENTS

The verification of your credit or debit card is carried out by PayPal, one of the leading providers of secure online card processing in the UK. PayPal uses 128-bit encryption and is authorised by all the major banks and card companies in the UK to carry out the processing of credit and debit card transactions. Medimark Group Limited does not have access to your card details when making purchases via this website, these are passed directly from PayPal in an encrypted form to your bank over a secure link. Each time you enter your credit card information, this information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.

CREDIT FACILITIES

Credit facilities (30-days net) are available for UK businesses registered at Companies House. Credit is subject to status, credit check and a minimum order value of £1000 (excluding VAT). Please CONTACT us to discuss credit facilities prior to ordering.

 

SHIPPING

We use various courier partners for deliveries including Royal Mail, DPD and Yodel. We fulfill and dispatch orders within 2 working days. Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them. After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and associated costs.

 

Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. All deliveries will be tracked and insured. Our standard delivery service is 2-5 working days from date of dispatch. We charge a fixed rate shipping cost as follows:

 

Mainland UK

£4.95 + VAT or FREE when you spend over £75 (Excluding VAT) in any single order transaction.

 

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands

£24.95 + VAT or FREE when you spend over £250 (Excluding VAT) in any single order transaction.

RETURNS

As these products are healthcare labelled, we are unable to accept returns with the exception of damaged in transit products or incorrect item(s) dispatched. In this event you MUST NOTIFY us within 3 days of receipt. We will require you to take a clear photograph of any damage.
